- Controls numbering, filing, sorting, and retrieval of electronically stored or hard copy documentation produced by technical teams, projects, or departments in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
- Supports technical projects and departments.
- Allocates and controls document numbering system for the project work.
- Ensures all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and easy to retrieve.
- Responds promptly to requests for information retrieval, search, and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
- Safe keeps documents for a particular project or for an entire organization.
- Ensures proper documents are created and signed.
- Ensures all data is accurate, stored, and backed up and any retention policies are followed.
- Ensures the accuracy of data in documents.
- Ensures documents are stored and backed up and retention policies are followed.
- Updates accurate information as required.
- Files documents in physical and digital records.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- College Graduate; BS Management; Secretarial Course / Certificate
- 1-2 years experience
- Has significant latitude to make decisions in the maintenance functions in consultation with Engineering and Maintenance Supervisor
- Keen to details
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Exce
- Willing to be assigned in both sites (Batangas and Silang)
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8hrs (Monday to Saturday)
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Language: English (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate: Silang, Cavite (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work - Required)
