Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
In-charge of the acquisition of necessary goods and services that will support business needs under the supervision of Purchasing Supervisor/Manager. Assists in maintaining purchasing records and support all activities to keep the Purchasing Department running efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checks Email, Communication, Response to Queries
- Checks all PRs subject for canvassing.
- Follow ups previously sent RFQs thru email, call and text.
- Prepares and generates POs.
- Coordinates with Accounting for POs with advance payment thru email, call, and text.
- Emails, calls, texts suppliers to secure quotation for new PRs
- Updates monitoring reports.
- Updates Item and Vendor.
- Prepares and requests Canvass sheet.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Purchasing
- Planning and Organizing Skills, keen to details, working knowledge in MS Office, advanced skills in MS Excel, good communication skills
- Honest
- Faithful, Enthusiastic, Ethical, Goal focused, Listener, Networked, Persistent, Self-aware, Self-confident, Self-discipline
