Sales Manager  

Responsibilities :

• Understand GITS.id products & services and develop compelling offers to potential customers
• Develop and execute Sales & Account Plan based on company objectives, goals and targets
• Lead and manage the sales team to hit the sales targets and OKR
• Coordinate with and get support from other teams in the company such as Marketing, Operations, Tech, HCD, Designs, Finance etc. to provide best client service experience
• Develop Sales Team member capacity & capability through training, sharing, coaching, mentoring and right hiring
• As company agent ensuring we have strong culture by practicing and communicating #SIMPLE values to the team also to the customer
• Track, report & communicate progress to the company leaders & stakeholders

Requirements :

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as professional sales
• Have experience working in a cloud or data company
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Experience managing and directing a sales team
• Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
• Aptitude for mentoring and coaching sales reps
• Ability to lead a sales team
• Have personal values that are aligned with GITS.id values
• Fluent in written and spoken English
