Gigacover is the leading tech company building a financial health companion for the self-employed economy. We work with insurers and banks to bring flexible and affordable products and services to improve the financial security of our users across Southeast Asia!
We're looking for a Product Manager who will look after Gigacovers customer facing products (web and mobile). Your day-to-day will involve:
- Qualitative and quantitative market research, product analysis, competitor analysis that drives product requirements and roadmap
- Drive product development through rigorous prioritisation and effective communication with our designers, engineers and operations teams.
- Use data analytics to understand customer behaviour
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Have a strong appreciation of digital products and customer journeys
- Possess strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to communicate and articulate your thoughts clearly
- Have 2+ years of relevant working experience
- Be fluent in English
- Have strong technical understanding (an engineering background is a plus)
