- Assists the Leasing Supervisor in marketing of units for lease.
- Receiving and Handling complaints.
- Makes regular visits and inspections of the lease site.
- Creates the schedule for the maintenance team.
- Issues Purchase orders for supplies for maintenance team.
- Assigns and proofs all maintenance paperwork.
- Calculations on overhead cost, maintenance payroll, shared utilities.
- Adheres to lease file policy with consistency.
- Prepares and submits daily, weekly, and monthly reports by deadline.
- Understands and enforces rules, policies and procedures.
- Assist in turnover of end of contract.
- Coordinates office team schedule, maintenance team and security team.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelors' Degree in a reputable school.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem solving skills;
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
