Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Set up the company's accounting system using Xero program
- Prepare Bank reconciliation statements every month.
- Month-end closing; AP, AR, GL, TB, P/L and Balance sheet
- Prepare Monthly Financial Consolidate report (Global; TH, US, SG, HK and VN)
- Supporting the documents and Investor requested and prepare investor report
- Record transaction for monthly salary to Xero
- Effectively manage Accounting and Tax in TH.
- Review Tax and submit PP.30, PND.1, PND.3 and PND.53
- Support the Business Segments in expense and cost control management, operating budgets, P&L statements, and monthly review of financial.
- Manage &/or mentor Finance & Accounting
- Prepare financial on monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports (BOI)
- Prepare monthly global management reports and investor report
- Coordinate with Auditor, bank, and revenue department
- Prepare the company tax payments and yearly tax returns (PND50 -51)Support the management team and provide financial perspective on key issues
- Drive process improvement, identify, opportunity for standardize and simplify the existing process
- Review of selective account reconciliations, Account reconciliations reporting, drive the closure of open items
- Internal Audit on commissions, ledger booking and abnormal spending. Monitor corrective actions and closeouts
- Lead book-keeping process and ensure ledger detail transactions are clean
- Prepare closing tracker to ensure open items are resolved in time for closing
- Monitor/analyze of cash & Capital movements, Bank account management, contingent, liabilities highlighting potential risk, and identify opportunities to add value to the business
Trình độ tối thiểu

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or related field

At least 3 years of Finance or accounting or audit experience with ability to deal with group company consolidation work

Analytical, detailed-oriented and team player

Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word

Good Command of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Banking experience would be preferable
