Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (social media, content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
- Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of social media campaigns
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
- Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Trình độ tối thiểu
- University degrees in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 4-5 years of solid experience in market research, analytics, and market segmentation
- A technical background in either Science or Engineering with a specialization or experience in business or marketing is a plus
- Expertise in Google Analytics, Digital Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM, and other Digital Marketing Tools
- Knowledgeable about social media channels (blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, others) and capable of effectively leveraging them for content
- Good understanding of web based and online marketing strategies as well as organic search, keyword optimization and reporting metrics
- An ability to analyze data and identify trends as well as competitor analysis
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
- Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine actions
- Goal, detail, and results-oriented; extremely organized and motivated
- High sense of responsibility and leadership skills
- Good communication in oral and written English
- Entrepreneurial, outside-the-box thinker
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- MS Office proficient, Excel and PowerPoint
