Chief Technology Officer (CTO) | Senior Developer  

• Product Development. You will be responsible for leading the development of an on-demand platform. This includes coming up with technical specifications (MEAN Stack, MySQL, Ruby on Rails) and working with developers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Product Management. After completion of the product, you will help hire and manage a small team of developers to continuously improve upon the product. You will have a strong grasp of both front and back end development and will be able to oversee day to day operations
• Team Management. You will continuously mentor and provide guidance to project staff, reviewing work in progress in a timely manner and assessing completed work for accuracy, required results and quality.
• Thought Leadership. You should be an active member in local and international development communities and up to date with best industry practices. You will occasionally represent us and should be confident in presenting your thoughts both in conferences and online blogs.
• Passionate Developer. As head of product development, you will work with our operations team to customize our software per customer requests. You should love what you do, feel a strong ownership for the product, and be uncompromising in the demand for quality.

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in agile/scrum software development and product management
• Bachelor's in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent from top university
• Experience in product development from initial technical specification all the way to quality assurance and delivery.
• Able to mentor new developers and assign tasks commensurate with their experiences
• Extensive experience working with Python, JavaScript, SQL as well as familiarity with AWS and PHP
• Excellent English writing and speaking skills
• Personal network and relationship with local developer and UI/UX communities
