Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Oversee and monitor all Community-base Market Development Coordinators activities in Manila and Cavite;
- Supervise the program delivery and direct project operations;
- Liaise with Community-based Market Development Coordinators to ensure that project timelines, targets, and activities are delivered and met;
- Act as the main point of communication between CMD Coordinators, Project Manager, and other project team members;
- Manage the work schedules and deliverables for all CMD coordinators;
- Review project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met.
- Conduct site and field visits, monitor Aling Tindera SBC project, and problem-solve as necessary to ensure smooth and efficient operations;
- Create and implement action plans in addressing issues relating to the operations.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in sustainability
- Must have experience handling a team
- Strong people and project management skills
- Experience in environmental sustainability or plastic processing projects is an advantage
- Amenable to do fieldwork
- Strong attention to detail, able to multitask, ability to sell an idea
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and achieve results through collaborations
- Have strong database management and analytical skills
- Own transportation (motorcycle) is highly preferred
- Must share in Hope's shared mission of making plastic neutrality a reality
- High school graduates
- Work arrangement will be a fixed-term (1 year)
