System Network Administrator  

The Systems Network Administrator ensures the stable operation of the network and all connected PCs and peripherals, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network hardware, software, and communication links.

• Implement policies and procedures for network resource administration, appropriate use, and recovery.
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
• Manage computers, servers, including e-mail, print, internal services for source control, security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems and all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs.
• Maintain and verify backup servers/systems.
• Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
• Administer all equipment, hardware and software upgrades and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Perform system backups and recovery.
• Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repair

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• 1 year relevant work experience
