- Receives and processes payment requests
- Encodes payment requests as accounts payable in the accounting system
- Maintains vendor subsidiary ledgers
- Maintains client project ledgers
- Ensures timely payment of accounts payable
- Prepares accounts payable-relevant reports needed for management decision-making
- Prepares accounts payable-relevant reports needed for financial reporting
- Processes replenishment of petty cash fund
- Encodes cash disbursements including but not limited to payment to vendors
- All other tasks related to accounts payable
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or similar, preferably CPA
- High attention to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
