- Provide administrative support to the firm's accounting department.
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, encoding, filing, handling mails, and bookkeeping.
- Maintain accounting records through effiicient encoding and processing backups.
- Work and collaborate with the firm's admin/accounting team in resolving accounting issues and being updated with new tax regulations and applications.
- Accomplish accounting and organization missions by completing related results as needed.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting & Finance
- Licensed Accounting Technician is an advantage
- Good organizational skills.
- Highly organized in managing paper works.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work and communicate well with others.
- Accurate in calculating the Firm's figures.
- Attention to details.
- Willing to learn new accounting applications and strategies.
