  • Acts as primary point of contact for client and management of new and existing accounts.
  •  Leads day-to-day management and optimization of client’s campaigns and assists in strategy development.
  •  Proactively finds new ways to build the client’s business and grow accounts.
  •  Provides responses to client inquiries and resolve client issues and concerns.
  •  Prepare business presentations and reports to clients.
  •  Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the managing director of any problems that may arise
  •  Monitors and relays end-to-end requirements with respective team leads and proponents
  •  Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and or opportunities within or related to the project
  •  Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality
  • standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
  •  Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Managing Director, Sales or other support.
  •  Communicates the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the team.
  •  Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
  •  Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
  •  Holds regular status meetings with project team.
  •  Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
  •  Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
  •  Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  •  Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
  •  Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

  • Strong analytical and planning skills;

  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Experience in sales, product and client management
