- Directing all operational aspects including customer service, manpower staffing, and sales in accordance with the company's objective
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, motivation and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Willing to be assigned either in Quezon City, Makati, Taguig, Parañaque, Cavite, and Laguna
- At least 1 - year of work experience as a Sales Personnel / Brand Ambassador
- Computer literate
- Can work with less supervision, is well-organized, and cost-efficient.
- Excellent sales and customer service relations, good communication and great leadership skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Willing to work on shifts
