Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Establishes preventive maintenance schedules based on the machine and spare parts continuity
- Plans work schedules, spare parts, manpower requirements and required tools for approved projects
- Conducts briefing and meetings with subordinates to assess accomplishment based on target work work schedules or specific objectives
- Encourages subordinates in making decision and judgments based on set-up schedules and guidelines
- Supervises subordinates and ensures they are performing delegated tasks accordingly
- Develops guidelines and conducts trainings for subordinates and incoming employees to new and existing systems and procedures
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of Engineering Course or any related course
- Three (3) years experience in industrial plant as Engineering Supervisor or related position or ten (10) years experience in industrial plant as Engineering Team Leader
- Knowledge in AutoCad Microsoft project and office application
- Knowledge in industrial plant maintenance
- Knowledge in equipment automations
- Preferred with knowledge and good understanding on or have attended/received ISO, Food Safety (cGMP, HACCP, Codex, SOP, SSOP) Halal Assurance
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to be assigned in TECO Industrial Park, Ninoy Aquino Hi-way, Bundagul, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
