Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Liaises with Development Team and other cross functional teams on the template feedback and development process
- Create quality HTML/CSS/JS solutions to improve and maintain the Template Utilities Library and produce in-depth template scopes for the client
- Reviews and implements changes to website for search engine optimization
- Maximizes traffic to a site by improving page rank
- Develops new user facing features
- Bridge gap between graphic design & technical information
- Actively contributes and provides feedback in UI/UX design discussions
- Develops and maintains customer design systems via a combination of company research, testing and investigation at all stages of the development lifecycle
- Taking existing company brand guidelines and codifying these into usable patterns and functions for the web
- Responsible for the code reviews & managing the integrity of the production code base i.e. Auditing & managing the production code base / code repository
- Ensures that the correct details are written to the relevant log files for analysis and monitoring / alerting
- Optimizes applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Develops features to enhance the user experience.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical skills, Strong work ethic and drive to success;
- Deep knowledge of SEO principles;
- Must have background in management of development team and project management
- Must have strong leadership skills and background
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of 4 year BS Computer Science and IT-related study or equivalent field
- Minimum of 4 years experience working in the industry as Web Programmer/Software Engineer or related.
- Must have strong internet connection
- Must have your personal PC unit during work-from-home setup
- Experienced and worked with multiple projects using different project methodologies
- Must be adaptive to continuous change
- Must be polite and able to communicate with the development team
- Must have experience on working for a new project from scratch
- Proficient in web frontend development: Rails, ReactJS, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- 3 years and above experience with team development
- Able to understand AWS Infrastructure Environment
- Able to create and maintain systems which enables repetition of improvements
- Able to communicate with the project owner and execute projects
