Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop quantitative & qualitative data into insightful and interactive explanation
- Strongly craft and modify our end-user application (mobile and web)
- Create user persona, wireframes, and user experience journey
- Crafting and design strong fidelity UI mockup
- Maintain our brand guideline and digital product styleguide through our end-user product UI
- Actively communicate with Risk, Tech, Business, Product, Marketing & Communication, and Human Capital for every development update.
- Deliver design result to developers and control the development process together
- Create clickable prototype to show the flow and behavior of the product
- Conduct every user research and testing
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, or similar education major
- Knowledgeable of UX research methodologies
- Energetic and have great interpersonal person
- Understand the concept of Design Thinking
- Experienced on conducting UX research, and visualize the result in the form of personas, wireframes and user journeys
- Experienced on creating clickable prototype using Marvelapp, Invision, Zeplin or similar tools
- Proficient on using UI tools, such as Sketch App is a must
- Able to create the animated interaction using Principle is a plus
- Have prior experience on designing mobile application UI/UX is a plus more than 3 years
- Experienced on conducting User Testing
- Know how to work in agile environment, especially Scrum methodology
- Experience in Banking/P2P Lending/ Unicorn Tech Company is a plus.
- Proficient in English and computer literate.
- Highly motivated and innovative problem solving
- Excellent communication skill
