Job Responsibilities:
HR Process Support - Staffing, Benefits and Benefits processes
- Assist with candidate tracking, may coordinate interviews and/or schedules.
- Assist with the pre-employment process to ensure compliance with EEO reporting, and audit job files to ensure accuracy.
- Organize, create and ensure employee records include all necessary information: beneficiary designations, etc. and ensure document retention is consistent with current regulations. Provide employment verifications as needed. HRIS
- Provide advanced database development and employee data maintenance. • Provide basic and advanced report writing support to HR using technology tools such as Query and Excel.
- Support the HR department and organization using HRIS tools and data to streamline manual processes and enhance system processes ongoing. Troubleshoot/correct errors when they arise. • Manage HRIS data maintenance, perform audit checks to ensure HRIS system integrity, provide database maintenance support, and interpret/investigate/correct data maintenance issues as they arise.
- Ensure department electronic files and records are kept current, up-to-date and accurate. Create and maintain HR Process manual.
- Complete special tasks and projects relevant to the role as assigned.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR Payroll, PH Benefits and Admin.
- Preferrably with HR experience in a BPO/call center setting
- Must be of legal age to work in the Philippines
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be willing to work Mid/ Night Shift
- Must be willing to work in Pasig City
