- Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
- Ensure daily tracking of sales/productivity.
- Monitor warranty contract sales of the Promodisers in their assigned stores.
- Ensure that there are enough contracts and Sales order inventory forms in the store.
- Monitoring the transmittal of contract forms and their transmittal of sold/cancelled contracts per month.
- Coach and Influence Promodisers in selling Lex Extended Warranty products and check completeness of contracts.
- Record feedback, concerns and suggestions from store personel, Promodisers and Customers.
- Improve the Lex branding by conducting flyering and executing marketing initiatives inside the store
- Record Execution feedback, execution output and competitive activities.
- Submit complete and accurate reports such as but not limited to Daily Sales / Productivity Report, Competitive Activity Report, Warranty Contract Monitoring Report, Forms Inventory Report and Monthly Store Sales Report per Category (if applicable)
- Provide report analysis explaining high and lows of the performance
- and recommends plan of actions.
- Submit Daily Time Record twice a month
- Keep records / monitoring of issued tools and materials.
- Cater to in-store warranty claims made under LEX contracts
- Coordinate with Customer on status of warranty claims.
- Provides special report requirement based on agreed timeline.
- Conducts special survey outside trade chanel.
- Attends Training, Seminars and/or Meetings.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 6 months sales experience
- A team player
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative
- Willingness to travel
- Able to work with others
- Good communication and selling skills
- Excellent customer service
