Client Engagement Associate  

The role of the Client Engagement Associate (CEA) is to provide our sales teams with a primary partner who coordinates with client support and account management throughout the client lifecycle. The CEA is also the point of contact for FranklinCovey merchandise. He/she excels at delighting customers both inside and outside FranklinCovey

Responsibilities:

• Creating a smooth customer experience from prospecting through the full client lifecycle
• Processing client orders in a timely manner, ensuring extreme accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinating and overseeing live and live-online client engagements, including logistics
• Working with consultants to enhance client experience in live-online sessions
• Accounting for merchandise sales and assisting in store inventory counts

(FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for Client Engagement Associates who can provide exceptional customer service by being responsive to client needs, proactively communicating information, and keeping the sales teams’ business organized moving forward.

• A minimum three-year track record of project and sales support experience
• A proactive self-starter with organizational and problem-solving skills while demonstrating superior customer service
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong track record for being a collaborative team player is essential
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree related to Business, Finance, Communications or related field or equivalent experience is required.
