We are looking for a Rider Support Specialist to work in our Philippines team. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Rider fleet
What’s on the menu for you to do:
- Manage and enhance the working relationship with the foodpanda riders all over the PHilippines through our inhouse ticket system
- Understand the foodpanda process & advise riders with concerns
- Provide assistance to rider concerns (payments, compliance, auxiliary questions)
- Report to logistics manager about recurring rider concerns, suggestions made by riders

What do you bring to the table?
- Candidate must possess at least a Highschool Diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in the BPO sector preferred
- Great writing skills (clear & concise)
- Must have accurate and fast typing skills, and excellent listening and responding skills
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
- Required language(s): English and Filipino
- High-level English proficiency is a must
- Willing to work 6 days a week
- Can start immediately
