Customer Support Specialist | Sales  

Job Description

• Increase customer base in their respective areas by
prospecting.
• Generate leads and identify potential up-sell
opportunities with existing customers.
• Solicit orders with existing customers in their
respective areas in the Viber GC.
• Monitor Customers’ deliveries.
• Verifying orders, including customers' personal
information and payment details.
• Liaises closely with team in proposing the best deal
when handling leads / inquiries (pricing strategy,
special requirements) in order to convert the leads to
business
• Experience and active network in Frozen Meat
is an Advantage

Job Qualification

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Communication or equivalent.

Experience: -

• At least two (2) years of experience as Sales Executive, Business Development Specialist or Equivalent
• Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone

Qualifications:

• Exceptional written and oral communications skills, Ability to negotiate, convince, sell and influence professionals and clients, Knowledge of sales/frozen meat importation principles and practices.
• Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing field and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations, Excellent organizational and time management skills
