- Create a workforce plan and reports relating to the management of the staff of the department.
- Responsible for monitoring to have enough manpower. To be able to work at full efficiency and summarize reports of problems related to employees to the relevant departments and supervisors.
- Responsible for collecting data on the performance and proof of delivery of the branch to be analyzed with the supervisor to control the cost of outsourcing to be align with the organization's goals.
- Study new knowledge, techniques and analyze problems in the operation of the department. To improve, develop and plan operational strategies to be efficient and keep up with the current situation. And able to support the events that will occur in the future.
- Perform work and other projects as assigned by supervisor.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be fluent in Mandarin speaking.
- Strong logical thinking;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Familiar with Excel, Vlook-up or other formulas
