Payroll Specialist  

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll

• Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
• Enroll and process new employee to bank payroll system for payroll account generation
• Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and mandatory numbers) which serve as internal databases in the Business Intelligence system (BI) of Flash Express
• Calculate and encode bonuses, incentives, commissions and allowances in the payroll system

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business courses or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in HR Timekeeping/Payroll
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices
• Keen to details
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Willing to work on-site in McKinley West, Taguig City.
