- Screens calls, manages calendars; makes travel, meeting and event arrangements
- Maintain contact lists
- Organizes and files documents; develops and maintains a filing system
- Creates and distributes memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Resolves administrative problems
- Provides general support to the President's visitors
- Provides overall admin assistance to the President.

- Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
- Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- Strong organizational skills
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners and donors
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Emotionally mature
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

Overview
First Philec was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2004 to serve as an intermediate holding company for all manufacturing investments of its parent company, FPH.
