- Provides positive Company image by welcoming clients and visitors
- Maintains telecommunication system and console operations; answer, screens and forwards any incoming calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receives and sorts daily mails/deliveries/couriers
- Maintains security by following procedures and controlling access (monitors logbook).
- Prepares and post daily NAVPS on a specified time
- Performs operational support by handling projects, client requests and reports assigned by Superior
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results by implementing customer-oriented activities
- Performs other task that may be assigned by immediate Superior from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s Degree
- With at least similar work experience as a Receptionist
- Ability to organize, multi-task m prioritize and work under pressure
- Solid communication both in verbal, written and people skills
- With very pleasing personality
