Product Manager: Demand Generation and Growth  

The First Circle Product team is looking for a Product Manager to lead Demand Generation and top of funnel growth activities. This role will be a key contributor in supporting First Circle's vision of helping businesses to access finance and grow faster. In this role you will work closely with the CCO, Head of Marketing and VP of Product to build a roadmap for multi-year growth. You will collaborate with design and development teams to implement tracking and marketing automation, optimise the website, copy and landing page performance. This role is supported by an in-house design and engineering team and by a top-tier agency for branding and website re-design.

Performance Objectives

• Design and scale growth programs to drive double-digit month-month growth in our lead and transaction volumes
• Develop our product virality through natural referral and business partnership initiatives
• Create and implement product & collateral improvements to increase product-channel-market fit alongside cross-functional teams
• Use data-driven decisioning to identify trends/patterns and key opportunities for innovation, make optimization recommendations across the top of funnel
• Business partner with marketing, product, sales, engineering to deliver growth objectives through increased scale and efficiency
• Extract and deliver insights to partner teams like Marketing, Brand Design, Customer Experience and Product on what resonates and what performs in market

• 3+ years of performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS environment or in growth hacking role
• Has worked with engineering and development teams directly in a Scrum agile process
• Has a proven track record of delivering significant business growth through scaling growth initiatives
• Exceptional communication, problem solving, and project management skills
• Strong business acumen and quantitative analytical skills. Forecasting experience is a plus
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, initiative, motivation, and a track record of “get it done”
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment – must have proven prioritization and decision-making abilities
