Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assist mortgage brokers with the structure of the loan by checking that the lender’ policies meet the client’ requirements and objectives;
- Assist mortgage brokers with finding a lender that can accept a proposed loan structure: call lenders to ensure their policy allows the clients to proceed with the structure they want;
- Assist mortgage brokers with serviceability: accurately complete serviceability calculators for all clients before proceeding with the handover of an application;
- Preparation of product and lender comparison reports;
- Assist mortgage brokers with preparing and answering clients’ emails in regards to loan structure
- Calculate borrowing capacity through FLEX;
- Answer and discuss assessor’s decisions regarding applications
- General administrative tasks: order valuations, order pricing discounts, call lenders to follow up on the status of an application, post-settlement checks, completion of discharge and variation forms;
Trình độ tối thiểu
- You will have at least 5 years experience in an Australian mortgage broker firm
- You pride yourself on your strong numerical ability
- The key to your success will be the ability to efficiently problem solve on the go and present quick and workable solutions.
- Ability to manage a high volume workload
