Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for the group-wide active directory management and other related projects.
- Administer DNS, DHCP and WINS; implement DNS for external name resolution.
- Configure Group Policy Objects to create a secure Windows infrastructure.
- Create/modify user account, security groups, and distribution list to protect company proprietary information.
- Implement and follow group-based licensing.
- Handle user account transfers from one field site to another moving client data to different servers, to ensure user accessibility.
- Maintain e-mail accounts and public folder access through proper system manager tools.
- Serve as lead contact for Tech Support, NW, Server, IT Security & IT Applications to provide assistance when trouble-shooting desk side issues, especially issues related to access.
- Track ticket progress and enter updates to have on going record of case activity till reolution is reached and ticket closed.
- Document and update documentation of the configurations, setups, user access groups, roles, etc.

- College degree preferably in Computer Science, BS Information Technology or any related 4yr. course (i.e. BS Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- Knowledge and familiarity in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Exposure to delivering enterprise level business wide support services.
- Experience in Windows environment.
