Project Development Analyst  

The Project Development Analyst provides assistance and substantial inputs necessary in assessing the financial and technical viability of projects based on due diligence results, financial model simulations and tariff derivations which are consistent with the rational assumptions and principals’ directives. The job involves undertaking market studies and securing necessary information/reports from government agencies, consultants and industry players to be used as reference and basis for evaluation of potential projects. The Project Development Analyst undertakes research works and market study consistent with project development activities and prepares documentary requirements in relation to permitting process. The job likewise entails monitoring/analyzing of technical profile and rate structure of competitors and industry players and providing technical support to other functional groups relative to the unit’s scope of responsibility.

• Business Economics, Engineering, or other related courses
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office; technical writing skills
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
• Familiar in financial modeling, tariff design, project valuation or technical assessment of projects and permitting process
• Well-rounded individual who is willing to learn and can easily adapt to changes
• Willing to travel
• Preferably from the power industry
