Software Quality Assurance Engineer  

We are seeking for a talented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and report to the QA Manager. The position will carry out extensive hands-on testing work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Write test cases
• Execute test cases and document results for test case execution
• Create positive and negative scenarios
• Execute test with the given instruction
• Bug reporting - Able to report found defects in a clear, concise, and complete manner
• Bug replication - Able to replicate and investigate client's reported issues
• Follow QA Process
• Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines
• Verify fixes in a detailed, efficient, and timely manner
• Perform functional, regression and browser compatibility testing
• Utilize effective time management skills to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Ensure that the software meets the original design specification
• Suggest and help implement process improvements both within the QA group

• Graduate of BS Computer Science/ BSIT
• With 1-2 year work related experience
• SQL knowledge for Backend Testing
• Familiar with different bug tracking tools such as TFS, JIRA, Unfuddle, Liquid Planner, Bugzilla, etc.
• Different testing experience is a plus
• Familiar with cross-platform, multi-browser issues
• Knowledgeable of different types of testing
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have good command in written and spoken English
• Can work under pressure
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and diverse working environment
