Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • This position is in charge of Paid Media communication strategy with the primary objective of increasing new customers.
  • Able to understand & implement campaigns using Google, Facebook/Instagram, Affiliate, and other media activities.
  • Create new customer acquisition programs that would drive traffic to site and achieve Returns on Ad Spent.
  • Understand and provide insights on customer behavior based on media activity & related site behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Review product, customer satisfaction/feedback, and recommend action points based on data and business strategy.
  • Monitor, manage, and report on paid media budget and KPIs.
  • Manage, create Paid Media content for regular & special campaigns.
  • Manage, create SEO strategy to grow organic search KPIs.
  • Manage, create EDM content for regular & automated campaigns using Marketing Automation tools (Adobe).
  • Support growth of memberships in E-mail & App versus planned targets through acquisition campaigns
  • Work with internal departments, media agency & creative teams from planning to implementing campaigns.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Proven organizational, analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Has customer service mindset
  • Technical knowledge on website and application management, data driven, analytical and solution-oriented, growing paid media channels
  • Capable of using Google Tools, managing agencies/vendors

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree holder of any discipline.
  • At least 5 years related experience
