Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Prepare and send out proposals
- Assist and support sales team with administrative duties
- Assist sales person to do follow-up when they are not available
- Assist team in all sales processes eg. Quotations, payments, passenger details submission, amendment, and cancellation
- Answer all incoming inquiries via phone and web
- Assist and participates in road shows
- Assist to conduct ship tours
- Prepare necessary reports for the team to monitoring sales
- Daily routine on team's administrative work
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Business Administration or any relevant course
- Preferably with experience in Sales
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision
- Willing to work overtime and during weekends
- Position is for 6 months only
- Amenable to work in Newport City, Pasay City
- Can start as soon as possible
