JOB BRIEF: The primary responsibility of the Operations Assistant is to assist the Operations Supervisor in providing smooth daily operations in the Service Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare the Job Order (JO) as requested by converting Approved Quotation (AQ) and Purchase Order (PO) into JO.
- Coordinate with Warehouse for the availability of materials and tools for service.
- Prepare the materials, documents, tools, allowance, and cehicle (MDTAV) prior service deployment.
- Ensure that Delivery Receipts (DR), Sales Invoice (SI), Billing Invoice (BI), Official Receipt (OR), and Collection Receipt (CR) are returned after delivery and forwarded to Accounting Management Division.
- Submit Return Slip to Warehouse in case of returned materials.
- Monitor Warranty Services provided by the company by keeping a monitoring sheet.
- Prepare necessary documents for the Preventive Maintenance Services provided by the Service Department.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor.
