Sales Associate  

Oro Filipinas is looking for a driven Sales Associate who can make Oro one of the leading brands in the chocolate wholesale market in the Philippines. The Sales Associate is responsible for developing, implementing and managing strategies to achieve company sales targets. These responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop and monitor sales targets
• Maintain database of all customers for timely, clear and concise understanding
• Identify potential customers and set approach strategies
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships, especially with chefs
• Resolve issues and handle customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Negotiate agreements to meet or exceed sales objectives
• Support and participate in Oro’s presence at local and international tradeshows and conferences
• Assist marketing team in organization and execution of events and product launches
• Coordinate shipping schedules and timely delivery of goods

• 2+ years of professional experience in Sales
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
• Knowledge in pastry a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized: able to maintain accurate and consistent documents/records
• Strong written and verbal communication, effective organization, ability to work independently and collaboratively, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and/or internationally
• Must be passionate about chocolate
