Human Resource (HR) Generalist  

The primary role of HR Generalist is to provide over-all HR duties focusing on Recruitment and Career Development. He will facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process and career development of employees.

Recruitment

• Design and implement application process to increase quality and quantity of recruits
• Facilitate recruitment process starting from initial exam and interview until regularization
• Develop company network--academic instittions, industry organizations, etc.
• Prepare contracts, job descriptions, and evaluations of new employees
• Ensure that new employees submit all pre-employment requirements and that all details are accurately set up on the Plantilla
• Ensure that new employees are properly oriented and necessary initial tools (office supplies and equipment, ATM card, ID, email address) are given to them
• Support Heads with all performance reviews of probationary employees and ensure that all reviews are completed within agreed timescales
• Compile, monitor and track all recruitment statistics
• Implement and annually update compensation program, rewrite job description as necessary, conduct annual salary surveys
• Facilitate regularization and resignation/termination of employees
• Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor

Career Development

• Support Heads with all performance reviews of regular employees for the annual evaluations
• Develop merit pool (salary budget/grades), analyse compensation and monitor the performance evaluation program and revise as necessary
• Design, develop, and lead the implementation of career development strategy
• Facilitate employee-initiated and company-initiated trainings for employees
• Facilitate transfer, promotions, and salary adjustments of employees
• Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor
