Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Ensure all areas are ready for installation, including tasks not limited to:
- Review and revision of MEPS Matrix
- Revision and issuance of Plans For Construction drawings
- Site verification, measurement, and marking of utilities
- Mapping of all utility requirements on site
- Monitoring of site progress concerning MEPS utilities
- Coordination with Project Management, Owner, and other contractors regarding MEPS
- Ensure all equipment are delivered to their position, including tasks not limited to:
- Review of Technical Specifications, preparation, and submission of DMAS in order to get approval from Client/Consultant
- Coordination with Material Management for the procurement of the imported equipment and accessories
- Coordination with Operations, Design and Technical Department, and the Plant for manufacturing local equipment
- Monitoring of status of all equipment
- Coordination with Client/Project Management/General Contractor to secure delivery permits
- Coordination with Operations, Project Executives, and Logistics to deliver items to site
- Ensure all installation materials and tools are available, including (but not limited to):
- Preparation of Materials and Tools Request Forms, as required by Warehouse
- Coordination with Service for the preparation and request of the Bill of Materials
- Coordination with Warehouse for the release and return of materials and tools
- Assess manpower needed for the installation and verifies their output/performance
- Coordinate with Project Executives regarding any deviation from the original BOQ
- Coordinate with all parties involved regarding Testing and Commissioning and final Handover, prepare and submit documents as required
- Attend meetings, inspections, and walkthroughs as required by the project
- Coordinate with Accounting for collection
- Update the status of the project, preparing supporting documentation and assisting during inspections
- Update the Time Schedule (Gantt Chart)
- Lead all works on site
- Ensure safety at site
- Timely submission of reports as required by Management, Client, or other Parties
- All other tasks to be given from time to time
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering;
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
