Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clerical support to sales team
- Track reports, file invoices, and help complete quotations, bids, orders, contracts for the sales executives.
- Help with accreditation and other papers that the company needs in order to be considered for a project. They also need to disseminate this information to the other members of the team.
- When sales team are out of the office sales administrators help manage schedules and provide all the necessary documents team members need.
- Other task assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): good oral and written communication, organization skills, interpersonal skills, Time Management Skills, MS Office.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Magallanes Makati city.
- Preferably 1-2 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
