Customer Service Associate  

Job Brief:
The main job description of a Customer Service Associate is to focus attending concerns of any kind raised from various clients, will also be responsible in various administrative works within the Customer Service division.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Take telephone or email enquiries from customers and ensure that these are dealt with in a polite and professional way, recorded for monitoring purposes
2. Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer enquiries
3. Send quotations to clients on time
4. Ensure customers receive a reply one (1) hour after reading the email
5. Receive approval on submitted quotations/proposals to various clients thru continuous follow ups.
6. Entertain and give feedback to at least ten (10) clients per day
7. Process approval from client's approved quotations (Signed Quotation / Purchase Order) in proper filing and records as well
8. Update the database of history of service quotations released and client issued/inquiries received and resolved
9. Manage the Customer Relations Management
10. Build and develop customer relationships
11. Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner through proper coordination with the Service Department
12 Feedback recurring customer issues to supervisors
13. Document client feedback and concerns
14. Other tasks as may be assigned by supervisor

• Has a background in an Engineering Field
