Accounting Assistant  

Assist on the day to day operation of Finance & Accounting Department such as but not limited to:

• Preparation of check voucher / cheque
• Telegraphic transfer / manager’s
• Check Voucher / Filling of check voucher per supplier
• Log to check monitoring
• Log to ledger per supplier
• Preparation of cashflow statement, & daily cash report
• Checking of reimbursement
• Summary of check voucher / photocopy the voucher

General Accounting (AP/AR)

• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or of any equivalent course.
• With experience in General Accounting (AP/AR) is an advantage
• Required skill(s): With good analytical skills and can work under minimum supervision.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• General math skills and proficiency in MS Office esp. in Excel.
• Result-oriented and pro-active.
• Good knowledge of general accounting procedures.
• Ability to work independently or as a team member.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino.
• At least 1 year(s) of relevant working experience in the related field is an advantage for this position, but not necessary.
