Hiring and Retention Specialist | Davao  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner and calibrate with Recruitment to ensure that new hire profiles are accurate, updated, and adhered to.
• Identify and report gaps and areas for improvement to immediate manager.
• Understand attrition trends and address what causes it by working in partnership with Training and Operations to drive a better employee experience and effective results.
• Implement engagement activities and interventions for new hires during onboarding and assimilation into Operations (30-60-90 day touchpoints).
• Support day to day supervision of new hires in Training up to assimilation into Operations.
• Assists in preparing recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Other Characteristics

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Project Management skills preferred
• Performance is measured by Recruitment, Training and Operations metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
• Ability to define the problem, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
• Judgment is required to solve problems which may require some interpretation of policies and practices within an area of expertise.
