Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Responsible for implementing and reporting all hiring and retention programs as well as engagement activities for new hires. Support the Manager, Hiring & Retention to accelerate learning curve and improve quality and retention of new hires.
- Partner and calibrate with Recruitment to ensure that new hire profiles are accurate, updated, and adhered to.
- Identify and report gaps and areas for improvement to immediate manager.
- Assists Operations in the final interview of candidates
- Implement engagement activities and interventions for new hires during on-boarding and assimilation into Operations.
- Support day to day supervision of new hires in Training up to assimilation into Operations
- Assists the Manager, Hiring and Retention prepare recommendations to implement improved processes.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulations relating to job duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 2-4 years related experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Project Management skills preferred
- Performance is measured by recruitment & training metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office program.
- Ability to define the problem, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, linear and logical troubleshooting skills.
- Judgment is required to solve problems which may require some interpretation of policies and practices within an area of expertise.
