- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, or other related courses
- Proven experience working as a supervisor in an HR department
- Must have good communication and organizational skills
- With at least 5 years work experience
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
