A leading distributor of premier Italian and Spanish tiles & luxury bath fixtures is in need of Sales Executives to join their team. Join a company where excellence defines their services and products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and establish good relationship to assigned key accounts and clients to achieve target sales
- Achieve monthly sales target and KPIs determined by the company
- Keep abreast on all projects under assigned Architectural/Designer firms
- Keep abreast on all projects under assigned territory
- Conduct saturation drive to identify ongoing projects on Class A Subdivisions
- Promote or conduct product presentations to current and potential clients, including Architects, Interior Designers and Project Owners
- Schedule sales activities
- Plan and prepare sales action and strategies
- Source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve monthly quota
- Prepare and present sales contracts
- Increase sales revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects
- Generate strong leads through cold calling, referrals and face to face meetings
- Respond to sales inquiries/concerns and provide customers with proposals and quotations
- Responsible for every sales account for opening to closing and after sales
- Keep abreast on market development and competition
- Ensure to always have healthy sales pipeline
- Maintain and expand client database
- Attend product knowledge and sale training prepared by the company
- Coordinate with respective personnel in other departments for account concerns if needed
- Provide reports and updates to the Branch Manager about projects and present market condition
- Perform other duties as required by superior
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 years working experience in sales. Background in sales of construction materials is an advantage.
- Strong sales and people management skills
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, engineers and contractors is an advantage
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Good presentation and negotiating skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- With a positive and problem-solving attitude
- Capable of dealing with different kinds of people
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Driving skills is an advantage
- Must be willing to work in San Juan and Makati
- Able to start immediately
