Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Develop a network of waterproofing contractors and developers willing to use company products and systems
- Secure specifications of the products/systems through description/inscription in project bidding and contractual documents (for construction plans, etc)
- Monitor progress of the projects and meeting proactively all important stakeholders
- Coordination of project details with specified company products to the Sales Representative in charge of the area to convert into sales if commercialized through distribution
- Conduct technical meeting with contractors /installers; organize product testing/ sampling
- Promote solutions towards relevant stakeholders/ communities
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Knowledgeable on roofing and waterproofing solutions
- Civil Engineering or Architecture degree is an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCad, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Able to read and interpret Civil and Architectural Plans
- Able to calculate surface even in case of complicated structure and to prepare an estimated bill of quantity (BOQ)
- 2-3 years experience as a construction materials specifier, in private and/or government projects
- Good English communication skills
- Must be able to do field work frequently and travel anywhere in the Philippines
