Video Production Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee overall team aspects (production, team collaboration)
• Provide monthly activity report detailing work accomplished during the project period,
• Hands-on training and quarterly assessment of team members
• Conduct technical hands-on interviews and assessment
• Discuss and effectively plan project timeline with project managers
• Manage video projects maintaining production timelines
• Performing quality checks on video output ensuring adherence to client's and company's quality standards
• Video adaptation, video editing and video localization
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

• Graduate of any Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree with passion in Video Editing
• Has 4 to 5 years of experience in managing a team of video producers/video editors
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in Adobe Creative Suite tools - either Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator or Final Cut
• Experience in audio manipulation, color correction, color grading and sound design is a plus
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software including After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Final Cut
• A creative thinker with excellent designing skills
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
