Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Provide supervision and support to Sales Team
  • Set and achieve individual and team’s sales targets and quotas.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads
  • Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
  • Meet up or visit clients to present the company, solutions, and services
  • Manage clients met and unmet needs or requirements
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Design Engineers, and Technical teams to develop aligned solutions and strategies that optimize value for both the client and the company
  • Prepare technical and financial proposals and documents ensuring completeness, comprehensiveness, and compliance
  • Prepare and submitting sales contracts for orders
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, distributors and manufacturers to increase value
  • Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations
  • Present solutions that address client’s requirements
  • Secure input from all client stakeholders and adapting the sales strategy as necessary to ensure appropriate support and deal close
  • Follow up with clients and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
  • Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities with clients for long-term partnership
  • Attend product enablement meetings to expand knowledge on products and solutions that could address client needs
  • Help customers who have problems with installed products/solutions and recommending improved or upgraded devices or systems
  • Answer client questions about payment terms, products, prices, and availability
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports; and identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to management.
  • Maintain client records
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as may be required from time to time consistent with this position and the job description and duties set out herein

Trình độ tối thiểu

  1. Education
    • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • Licensed Engineer is preferred but not required.
  2. Experience
  • At least 3 years of industry experience in a Business to Business (B2B), Large/Strategy Customer Segment / Business Development /Sales & Marketing of Low Voltage to High Voltage electrical equipment and services or related products/services and/or related industry is required for this position.

3. Technical Competencies (“Know-how”)

  • Sound Technical Knowledge of the products and services offered by the company
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to lead/manage conference calls
  • Excellent influence, negotiation and presentation Skills
  • Supervisory Skills

4. Behavioral Competencies (“Traits”)

  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter and within a team environment
  • Must have critical and analytical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Performance-driven and Goal-oriented attitude
