Sales Manager  

As a Sales Manager, you will:

• Set a vision for the team;
• Mentor, lead and manage sales team members
• Provide a process;
• Coach salespeople to use the process and achieve the vision.

On a weekly basis, you will:

• Meet with Account Managers to provide feedback, support and training;
• Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly basis to meet and exceed targets;
• Track sales team’s performance and report to management on regular basis;
• Implement performance plans;
• Develop sales incentives to drive performance;
• Manage day to day performance of Account Managers and deliver review.

• Degree in business, administration, marketing or related field;
• At least 3 years of sales management experience;
• At least 3 years of direct sales experience;
• Familiarity with working in commercially focused organization and fully understands the pressure of achieving targets;
• Excellent coaching skills, ability to observe, evaluate and give meaningful feedback.
