- Responsible for full employee career cycle from recruitment to providing full administrative support;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Involves in the day to day running of HR office;
- Ensures that the company complies with all recruitment policies, laws and regulations;
- Providing professional advisory support to company employees;
- Effectively conveys and implement company’s HR policies and practices among employees;
- Should have an extensive working experience in commercially focused organization and fully understands the pressure of achieving targets and accurately assessing job applicants according to their strength and ability.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Familiarity of labor and HR best practices;
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
- Excellent leadership skills;
- People oriented and results driven;
- Proven work experience of at least 2 years as HR officer
