You’ll be in charge of managing the local sales team and at the same time working on closing enterprise accounts. We are looking for somebody who has a real desire to work hard, help your team to achieve their targets and also achieve your targets. You also have to be passionate about helping our customers so they can grow with our solution. You have impeccable relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that you work with. If this is you, we would love your help in bringing success to companies all over Philippines!
Responsibilities
- Manage local sales team in Philippines.
- Attend Sales meetings and bring higher value customers.
- Hit your revenue targets set by the company.
- Make sure that rest of the team is also hitting their targets.
- Execute our sales process diligently and keep updated notes in our CRM.
- Make sure everybody on the team is following the sales cadence.
- Provide exceptional understanding of our technology and partner technologies.
- Watch the competitive landscape and make sure we are still in the lead.
- Work closely with Success Team to make sure our customers are in good hands.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3-5 years of sales experience in a tech company.
- Nice to have:
- 1-3 years of a sales experience in SaaS company.
- 1-3 years of managing a sales team in a tech company.
- 1-3 years of selling to enterprise companies.
- Proven track record of success in target driven environment.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Strong team leading background.
